Jotron signs a frame agreement with Statoil for service and support

Jotron AS, a leading manufacturer of professional communication systems for land, sea and air safety, signed a framework agreement with Statoil, the leading operator on the Norwegian continental shelf.

Jotron is well embedded within the Norwegian oil and gas sector and an international supplier of PAGA and internal communication systems for the maritime and energy market. Jotron has supplied communication systems to Statoil for many years.

The signed framework agreement includes delivery of Jotron services and support to existing Statoil platforms including the following projects; Aasta Hansteen, Gina Krog and Mariner. The frame agreement is valid throughout the next 5 years. The contract also includes optional extensions on a 5 by 3 years basis.
